| Cleaning work | This service includes usual household chores, such as cleaning all bathrooms, toilets, utility rooms, kitchen, all other rooms, watering plants etc. |

VAT, Employer’s insurance contribution |
The hourly rate includes VAT, all employer’s insurance contributions, insurance, licenses and other taxes. |
| Travel | Travel to and from the place of work is included in the hourly rate. The cleaning time therefore only starts at the place work. |
| Transparency | You will receive on a monthly basis all the relevant documentation, such as hourly breakdown, invoice for services rendered etc. |
| Administration | You need only dial one telephone number for anything relating to your household. We will look after the rest. Language barriers thus automatically do not arise. |
| Coordination | We will plan the deployment of your cleaners so that they are not in your home when you are away (for example on public holidays) and can swap this to another day if required. |
| Change of cleaner | Should you not be happy with the cleaner assigned to you, we can allocate you another cleaner immediately. |
| Replacement cleaner | During holidays or in the event of an accident or other absence by your cleaner, she will be replaced by another trusted cleaner. |
| Entry of tradesmen | Should tradesmen, such as plumbers, or other persons need access to your home whilst your cleaner is working, then, in your interest, we will supervise this. |
| Spring cleaning | We can also clean windows, drawers, dustbins, de-scale taps etc. to meet your specific requirements. We are always open to suggestions, such as cleaning the garage etc. |
| Special cleans | Should you, on occasion, need extra cleaners, for example, following a private party, then we would be happy to provide you with additional cleaners. |
